Some of our preconcieved notions:

1. Work can be and should be finished else you are inefficient.

2. It is possible to logically conclude the things.

3. The leader knows the directions.

4. Human Mind has limitless power.

5. Some people can be wrong but not all...

6. I am not the best...

In the age of over information today, all the above notions need to be reversed...and also pls note..

• It is not necessary to read the whole news paper.. 
• It is not necessary to read / reply all the 400 -500 emails daliy...
• It is not necessary to read / reply all the 200 -300 SMSs daliy ...
  
• It is not necessary to watch/ switch all the 100 TV channels daliy ...
• It is not necessary to read / surf all the search reasults on a topic of interest on internet.
• The no. of files in your PC are in Millions, do not bother about them.
• it is not necessary to store every no. in your phone and recognise the person calling..

BUT MOST IMPORTANT ...It is upto you to decide which ones of above not to miss...

You can caliberate your efficiency by chaffing away the junk & focussing on what 

is necessary... 

Generally it is with in human limits..
